We want every homeowner who reaches Navyreplace Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Navyreplace Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
