Navyreplace Tree Service does not have tree crews, and we do not list named staff. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business. It will look at your tree, set the price and do the work.

Think of Navyreplace Tree Service as the front door. The provider is the one who walks your yard.

What Happens at the First Conversation

Expect a few plain questions. Keep your answers simple and have these facts ready:

• What kind of tree it is, if you know
• Roughly how tall it is and how close it stands to the house, wires or a fence
• What you have noticed, such as dead limbs, a lean, cracks or mushrooms
• Whether a storm caused the damage
• Photos, if you can take them safely from the ground

The provider may offer a site visit and a written quote. Timing varies. Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.

What to Ask a Provider

A good price is only good if you know what it covers. Ask:

• Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
• Is cleanup, wood hauling and stump grinding in the price, or extra?
• Do you carry insurance, and can I see proof?
• How will you protect the lawn, roof and sump or drain lines?
• Can the tree be pruned instead of removed?
• What could raise the price once work starts?

Where You Can Help and Where You Should Not

You can help by clearing cars, toys and patio furniture from the work zone. You can also note the early signs you have seen. Leave the climbing, cutting and rigging to the pro. Large trees, storm-damaged limbs and anything near power lines are dangerous. Equipment and training matter here.

You Are in Control

You choose the provider. You can compare quotes, ask more questions or say no. Nothing is decided on the first conversation. Some policies may cover sudden storm damage, so check your policy, and ask the provider about documenting damage for a claim.
